First time using this website. I was a bit sceptical due to the mixed reviews but my experience was good. Bought a Regatta tent priced at £400 on the official Regatta website for £150 on WOW Camping. Was expecting longer delivery times during lockdown but received my order in less than a week.

A word of advice to WOW Camping, it would be preferable to get an email confirmation when you dispatch the orders as although Hermes emailed me saying they had my package, they did not provide details on who is the sender.

Great prices and wonderful service.

A bit nervous to buy from them having read some reviews, but the prices were really good so I wanted to try anyway.

My first parcel got lost, and they have been super kind and super helpful to try to sort the situation and fullfil the order.

I wasn’t in rush to get the items, and the kindness and help received deserves this company a 5 star review.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Going camping on Friday and I needed various items and came across Wow Camping while browsing and because of their lower prices I decided to take a chance on the company and purchased from them and at check out i opted for next day delivery.. of which my items came today, pleased with all the products I received and will defo be back to buy more off this company

Ordered 2 sleeping bags they were cheaper than Amazon! for exact same product. Simple ordering online 3-5 days delivery and they arrived in 3. Will deffinetely use them again. One very happy customer

Lowest price for gas cartridges…

I had planned to buy camping chairs on another well known shopping website but when I finally got round to it they were sold out. I then searched further and came across Wow Camping. I had never heard of it but thanks to positive reviews I decided to put my faith in it. And I am so glad I did. I got the exact chairs I wanted, at a better price, and delivered well within the time frame quoted. A great shopping experience. I would absolutely recommend Wow Camping and will be sure to shop with them again.

Last week I ordered 16 litres of heating paraffin from WOW Camping, together with some methylated spirits (just to quench my thirst!). First-time customer and very pleased with the company’s prices. A tad slow in getting the goods out but they arrived today and I am happy. Will certainly use WOW Camping again!

Excellent price and quick delivery.

Looking for a while for a Coleman XT coolbox. Found upon this site which had it considerably cheaper.

Never heard of the retailer before, so always a little sceptical. However, I placed my order, email confirmation straight away, dispatch and tracking deails the next day, and item arrived the following day.

Excellent service, and very pleased with item.

My order was despatched really fast, however there an issue with the delivery. I emailed Wow Camping and they sorted this straight away. Unfortunately, the jacket I ordered was a little too big and the next size down wasn’t available. I emailed to advise I was sending it back and they sent a prepaid return label and my refund has been issued almost immediately. They were really helpful and communication was good throughout.

Just received my 2 UV protection umbrellas for attaching to sun chairs. Very good quality good price and very well packaged.

I just want to say THANK YOU to WOW Camping for my new Sprayaway boots, they’ve just arrived and are absolutely perfect. Packaging was great and boots immaculate. Delivery was 24-48 hours.

bought quite an expensive Outwell roll mat over the summer and used a handful of times. Noticed recently it was not holding the air so got in touch and the after care service was exceptional. Sent back and was offered a full refund without any issues or resistance. They even offered to collect the item. Highly recommend

The negative reviews based around poor customer service just doesn’t make sense. I changed my mind on a tent I had ordered before it had been dispatched, filled out the request a call back form and Dan called me within a couple of hours, sorted out my request and even gave me a follow up call to advise me the item I’ve ordered had been picked and waiting collection from the courier. Thanks again Dan.

Had an issue with the Evri delivery, spoke to a very nice chap (sorry I didn’t ask your name) and he is resending with DHL, also raised a complaint with Evri. How they deal with a problem when it happens is a reflection on the business and it was handled superbly. I recommend them whole heartedly. Sadly they use Evri for hazardous products not because they want to and that should not be reflected on their business, Evri issues should be directed solely at Evri for awful customer service. Don’t blame the company for who they have to use sometimes.

Having initially been put off buying more by these reviews, I decided to order a single item (tent) which I could afford to wait for – they had the best price by far. The item turned up in perfect condition ahead of the scheduled free delivery estimate. A very positive experience. Cannot comment of their customer service as I haven’t had to use it.

Excellent website. Easy to use and navigate. Placed an order on the Saturday night chose 3-5day free delivery. Had order confirmation and dispatched details late Monday afternoon. Parcel arrived on the Wednesday. We went for the regatta 4 person tent. It was a quarter the RRP. Great price and saving on alot of camping gear. Would highly recommend.

This company’s customer service is second to non. Exchanged a tent for a bigger size and this was no problem at all for them. Fast and brilliant service. I would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Have now ordered several times from WOW. Customer service has been fantastic. I paid for next day delivery, however despite receiving being despatched by WOW on time DHL delayed it and it was delivered several days late. I contacted WOW to let them know and they immediately arranged a full refund for the delivery charge. I received some items in the Kampa plate range that were clearly already damaged by Kampa when they were packed in box. Again I contacted WOW and they have arranged to replace them. Many thanks to Darren who has sorted out the problems. You may have to wait a day for a response but it has always been there. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

Called at 9am to check I could order & collect same day – they answered in 3 rings and said yes. Did so and collected within 2hrs of doing so.

Not sure about the negative ratings posted, I suggest it’s all customer specific but my expectations were exceeded. Will certainly use again!

I needed an expensive inflatable camping mat urgently. WOW Camping website showed it in stock so I selected click-and-collect. I received a ready-to-collect text very soon after. I was surprised at how large the (not retail) warehouse premises were, and was treated in a friendly way when I collected from them. I will be using them again as their prices seem way under the competitions!

I am impressed and appreciative with the excellent after sales service I received after an item I bought from them a while ago failed.

My emails were applied to immediately in a friendly and courteous way.

I will certainly recommend them to anyone who wishes to purchase online, or for that matter who lives close enough to deal with them face to face.

I will have full confidence in ordering anything else that I should require.

I ordered 3 items from Wow camping as their prices were really competitive:

2 X 1L Granger’s performance wash

1 X Granger’s Repel plus

Upon receiving the package, the Repel plus was missing. I emailed Wow camping about this and I quickly received an apology email from Darren and the missing item was sent the following day without any fuss.

I typically do not write reviews but I was very impressed with the service provided.

Always great bargains on their site, very well priced. Also when one item damaged when arrived they replaced straight away, no issues

I was a tad nervous after reading some of these reviews, but the prices were so far below everyone else that I gave it a shot. I paid with Visa so I’d be protected in case anything did go awry. But everything went very smoothly – ordered online, received e-mail confirmation as expected, dispatch notification a day or two later, and delivery promptly after that. The item (a large gazebo) was exactly as described and works perfectly. Just the kind of service I’ve come to expect from any decent online retailer. Can’t fault them.

Ordered on the 27th October delivered on the 28th October I paid for standard delivery 3-5 working days at a cost of £3.95 wow camping sent them express delivery at a cost of £9.95 so costing wow camping £6 extra I only paid £7.50 for Kampa damp buster crystals what a company to deal with absolutely brilliant

Customer Service is great… Ordered a coat on next day delivery. Coat came on time but was faulty from manufacturer. Darren at the customer service desk sent a new one through after personally checking that no fault existed on the replacement. It arrived 2 days later – perfect!

Darren also reimbursed the “next day” delivery charge i had originally forked out!!

Excellent service – keep it up. Will definitely order from WowCamping again.

After reading all the negative reviews of lately I think it’s only fair a share my positive review. I was very very weary of buying from this website because if the bad reviews. I spent almost £700 but it was miles cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered on the Sunday, Payment went through easily, confirmation emails came through (to spam file), despatch email came through (to spam) and my purchase was delivered on the Wednesday morning. I will be using this site again and Saved well over £150.

I ws eager to get prompt delivery, and following ordering in a day or two asked for progress. Athough I waited a bit for an answer on the phone, which was “very busy” , the sales guy called Darren, checked and made sure that it was priorotised and it came next day—-within 3 working days of order. excellent.

I wasn’t sure which sleeping bag to purchase, as I had never gone camping before. The customer service representative helped me choose the right one and it was really cheap. Thank you for your service.

I love browsing the store,there’s always so much for me to choose from and the value is spot on. If there sizing matched the rest of the other shops that would be perfect but generally you can work out the right size and I’ve never had an issue returning things.

I ordered three sleeping bags at the beginning of this week and selected next day delivery. I added a note to the order stating that if there was a delay with dispatch I’d need to cancel as we’re camping at the end of the week. I received order confirmation straight away and a dispatch notification the following day. We are really happy with the items. And they would have cost far more elsewhere. I will be ordering all our camping purchases from here in the future. Thank you so much!

I think it only fair to speak as you find. I was very doubtful about using this company due to the poor reviews but the melanine mugs I wanted were so much cheaper that I decided to risk it. Communication was good – they confirmed my order and told me when it was despatched. It arrived on time and was well-packaged. As a result, I have placed another order and I hope I receive the same level of service!!

My experience with WOWcamping was excellent. They answered my online question about dispatch within hours and the items would have arrived on time had it not been for a day delay in transit (Not their fault!). Put together with an excellent price it has to be 5* from me.

Recently decided on a tent I wanted for me, my girlfriend and our dog to start wild camping. Wow camping was the cheapest price I could find online and it arrived within 4 working days even during this Covid-19 nightmare. Will use again 👍🏻

I was very pleased with the customer service received off Wow Camping. I ordered a Dometic Quattro chair, and phoned to explain that I needed it in time for a holiday. It was delivered the next day. Brilliant service and phone answered straightaway.

I ordered a jacket from this company on Dec 24th and this arrived with me on Dec 28th. I must say that i was totally surprised as most items ordered at this time of year can take up to a few weeks to arrive.

The jacket was exactly as described and the price was very good, cheaper than many other outlets.

I will most certainly purchase from WOW Camping again.

We have bought a lot of products from WOW Camping and have always been impressed with the good prices and good quality. What sets them apart though is the customer service. They are quick to respond if you have a problem and offer a quick solution. Very like John Lewis in a lot of ways and that is quite a compliment!

We purchased 5 x Kampa chairs and footrests on a Saturday during Covid – they were delivered well packaged on the Tuesday – good price, good communication and nice and quick!! I would purchase from them again.

Items purchased cheaper than anywhere else, friendly customer service, order placed on Thursday and delivered on a Saturday by DHL. I had spend just over £75 so delivery was free. Overall excellent experience.

Wow Camping offer the best price for gas cartridges, fast transit time, accurate order fulfilment – never short ship, and a very well packaged consignment to ensure safe arrival. I’ve been using their online service for my gas cartridge requirements for years now and come across every time.

Easy ordering online – their website states whether or not the items are in stock. I ordered and received an immediate confirmation and an update when it was dispatched with a DHL tracking number. It arrived quickly and the price was very competitive. Recommended.

After seeing so many negative reviews I decided to take a chance and bought 22 items and am delighted with the service. The items were despatched in the time the order stated. They arrived in good time via DPD. There was one item missing which I emailed them about and I received a reply and an apology the next day and a refund.

I was dubious about ordering with Wow Camping, I checked the reviews on here and saw almost half were negative so it did put me off a bit. I found the same tent on Ebay and realised it was also being sold by Wow camping via Ebay and their reviews were actually 99.4% positive. I tried their phone number that i found on google and it was answered with me being reassured that they had my tent in stock. I paid for next day delivery and it arrived at 8.15 this morning! Nothing was broken, it was all new and sealed.

Maybe i’m one of the lucky ones but my experience was great with them, usually I research everything to check out the company i order from to make sure i’m not being scammed. I don’t usually leave reviews but I think more people should leave positive reviews if they have positive experiences just so it doesn’t allow all the negative ones to take over and force people like me to think twice before ordering.

Gazebo and gas cooker as cheaper than anywhere else. Tracking number provided within 2 days, delivered for free the next by DHL. Very happy will order again.

I ordered a product from electronicspanda and it arrived the next day.

Part of the order was damaged in transit so not their fault and they were very helpful and gave me a full refund very quickly when I returned it.
